Are you in favor of organ transplants?

I am in favor of organ transplants because you can save the life of somebody that is sick and doesn't have hope, this is a daily subject that brings a lot of controversy, because not everybody wants to donate an organ, plus is difficult to make a decision to do it. The majority of people are skeptical to organ donation ,because of their religion belief or just because they simply are not willing to do it. What do you think about organ donation and what is the main cause of people that are skeptical of donation.
